Kazakh parliament ratifies protocol for transformation of Turkic Council into Organization of Turkic States

ASTANA. May 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The Senate, the upper house of Kazakhstan’s parliament, approved on Thursday the Law on Ratification of the Protocol of Amendments to the Nakhchivan Agreement on the Establishment of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-Speaking States.
